Get Credentialed
In accordance with Memorial Hermann Healthcare System (MHHS) Vendor Management guidelines all employees representing an organization must be credentialed BEFORE he or she may conduct business on a Memorial Hermann campus. Your company must be on the list of approved vendors before an employee of that company can be credentialed. Please click on the ‘Become an Approved Vendor’ link if you are not an approved vendor or call the Credentialing Office at 713.448.5402.
