Insurance Affiliates
Memorial Hermann accepts most major health plans. Refer to Insurance
Affiliates for a list of those we accept, and check with your health
insurance carrier for final determination regarding specific covered
services. We are committed to working with your physician, insurance
provider and employer to provide you full access to our healthcare
services.
Physician Referral
Most outpatient procedures require an order from your physician. For

Pre-Registration
Memorial Hermann now offers patients a convenient, online tool to pre-register
for outpatient procedures, mammography, endoscopy and surgery. Note:
You must have already scheduled your appointment. To schedule, contact
one of our outpatient imaging facilities.
