The Memorial Hermann Home Health infusion therapy team is dedicated to delivering high quality, individualized patient care.

Infusion Suites:
Quality Infusion Services and Therapies in an Ambulatory Setting

We offer a wide range of high-quality infusion services and therapies in a comfortable home-like setting. Memorial Infusion Suites may be utilized independently or in conjunction with Memorial Hermann Home Health Services. Each room provides a friendly home like atmosphere to include: private television and reclining chairs, additional seating for family or friends, blankets, magazines, snacks, library and free valet parking.

Services

• Central Venous Catheter - Qualified RN staff can insert PICC or midline catheters and perform line maintenance.
• Patient/Family Education - Patient training in line maintenance, self-administration of medication or other specified procedures provided.
• Central Catheter Problem Management - Our staff can evaluate patients experiencing problems with their central catheter.
• Pharmacy - Our pharmacy, specializing in parenteral therapy, prepares patient-specific medications/solutions.
• Treatment Room - We assist physicians in performing various procedures. This allows more efficient use of hospital operating rooms and results in substantial cost savings for your patient.

Scheduling

Hours of operation: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday
Weekend: Case by case

Physician orders may be called or faxed.
