Rehab Services of Houston – Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital Outpatient Physical Therapy provides outpatient services with an emphasis on orthopedics and sports medicine, as well as an outstanding aquatic therapy program. We develop a personalized treatment program for each client based on a comprehensive evaluation of abilities and rehabilitation goals. A highly skilled professional licensed physical therapist will work with you using therapeutic techniques and equipment as part of your program.
During your treatment, we will keep your doctor fully informed of your progress and make recommendations for additional therapy, if needed, to help you regain the highest level of function following an illness, injury or surgery. We schedule appointments:
- Monday and Wednesday from 7 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.
- Tuesday and Thursday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Saturday from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
