From the south (Galveston), travel IH 45 north. Exit Dixie Farm Road, go west over IH 45 to Beamer Road. Turn right onto Beamer and go approximately 1.5 miles. Turn right on Astoria. Memorial Hermann Southeast Hospital will be on your right.
From the east, travel IH 10 west to IH 45 south. Exit Dixie Farm Road, get in the immediate right lane and turn right on Dixie Farm Road. Turn right onto Beamer and go approximately 1.5 miles. Turn right on Astoria. Memorial Hermann Southeast Hospital will be on your right.
Or travel Beltway 8 west, get in right hand lane towards Galveston - bear left. Stay on feeder road and turn right on Astoria. Memorial Hermann Southeast Hospital will be on your left.
