For employers, a fitness and wellness program can reduce healthcare costs, reduce sick leave and motivate employees to adopt a healthier lifestyle. For individuals, this program can strengthen the cardio-respiratory system, reduce the risk of chronic disease and illness and speed recovery time.

• Infant massage classes
• Prenatal massage
• Massage therapy
• Body-fat percentage testing
• Senior fitness classes

Hours of Operation

Monday-Thursday: 5 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Friday: 5 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturday: 7 a.m. - noon
Sundays: Closed

Membership Fees

Registration fee: $30
55+ Members:$20 per month
Membership: $22 per month
Spouse/Student membership: $15 per month
Family membership: $45 per month
Walk-in fee (non-member): $5
Personal training: $30 per hour
Massage therapy: $28 per half hour; $44 per hour
