Pediatric Home Health

Our pediatric home health coordinator makes home healthcare arrangements for children who have been cared for at Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital. The coordinator arranges for skilled nursing care, infusion therapy, pharmacy services, maternal/child care, rehabilitation therapies and wound and dressing changes, in addition to providing other services.
