We sincerely hope that our service during your stay has been superior.
We measure our service on an ongoing basis to ensure we are providing
the best in health care. We are scored on a 1 to 5 scale, with 5
being the highest. You will receive a patient satisfaction survey in
the mail approximately two weeks following your discharge. We encourage
you to take a few moments to complete it and mail it back to us. Your
input assists in enhancing the quality of services for future patients
and visitors.

Help us recognize someone who has provided great service. Throughout
our hospitals, you will find green and brown wood Bear boxes
with You Got Caught Caring cards. (Ask a staff member for
help in locating the boxes.) Simply complete the card and drop it back
in the box. A team of special representatives will make sure your message
gets relayed!
