Help Us Enhance Your Stay

Our staff strives to provide you with the finest care and service available. If there is anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable, let us know while you are staying with us.

Tell Us About Your Experience
We sincerely hope that our service during your stay has been superior. We measure our service on an ongoing basis to ensure we are providing the best in health care. We are scored on a 1 to 5 scale, with “5” being the highest. You will receive a patient satisfaction survey in the mail approximately two weeks following your discharge. We encourage you to take a few moments to complete it and mail it back to us. Your input assists in enhancing the quality of services for future patients and visitors.

Acknowledge Your Caregivers
Help us recognize someone who has provided great service. Throughout our hospitals, you will find green and brown wood “Bear” boxes with “You Got Caught Caring” cards. (Ask a staff member for help in locating the boxes.) Simply complete the card and drop it back in the box. A team of special representatives will make sure your message gets relayed!
