Application and Admission

Application Requirements

To be considered for enrollment in the program, the applicant must submit or complete the following:

Completed application with personal work and work references. Application deadline for the class starting in June 2008 is
March 31, 2008.
Photocopy of your high school diploma or transcripts for the highest level of education completed or GED report of test scores.

Once reviewed and found to meet minimum requirements, you will be contacted to attend an informational meeting for applicants. More information will be provided at this time about the additional entrance requirements:

3. Satisfactory pre-entrance testing scores
4. Successful personal interview
5. Satisfactory physical examination
6. Tuberculin (TB) test or chest X-ray within the past 12 months

Admission

A limited number of positions are available in each class and more applicants apply than are admitted. Selection is based on a combination of academic preparedness, pre-entrance testing, personal interview, and career and life experiences.
